In Borough Park, a Hasidic enclave within Brooklyn, we were asked to make substantial structural and zoning corrections to a five-story shell. The finished building will be six stories with a new elevator and stair core. The cellar, first and second floors will be used as a synagogue and rabbi’s residence while the four floors above will house dormitories for a nearby yeshiva.
